Rachel Bilson is promoting her new film, “Jumper,” in which she co-stars with boyfriend, Hayden Christensen. The petite brunette revealed to Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa on their talk show that by her estimation, Hayden is a superb kisser. She said on the show, “I am sure all the ladies will be happy to know Hayden is a 10 when it comes to kissing.” However, she revealed that simulating sex in front of the camera was not her favorite thing to do–even with with Hayden, “I was lucky enough to have someone as handsome as Hayden, but it’s always a bit awkward.”

And here’s Rachel giving out autographs to fans outside of ABC studios after her interview on “Live with Regis and Kelly.” I absolutely adore her little outfit here.

I know Hayden Panettiere is dating a 30-year-old (co-star Milo Ventiglimia) but she can still enjoy being 18 and not go slutty clownmouth. Tone that down and color within the lines. Here’s photos from the Berlin Film Festival. Hayden and Ryan Reynolds are starring in “Fireflies in the Garden” with Julia Roberts and Willem Dafoe. The film, about a Midwestern family torn apart by tragedy (oh they saw Kelis’ jacket?), premiered at the festival. Ryan Reynolds is working this J. Crew teacher’s assistant Great Gatsby thing and I am feeling it. If only an outfit like that could also include a half-shirt.

Also premiering at the festival was “Elegy” with Penelope Cruz and Ben Kingsley. Penelope doffs her clothes a lot for the flick but I gather doesn’t feel like a sex symbol. She stated this when asked about whether she’s considered to be a hot piece: “I have had plenty of offers (for roles) since I was 17. When people ask that I ask, ‘a victim of what?’” WHAT? What are you saying? She is like visiting a foreign country except the people talk a different language and are all mentally ill at the same time. You’re never going to figure out what the hell is going on!

It was a young crowd at the Old Navy “New Year, New Old Navy” event held in New York City yesterday at the Eyebeam Atelier. I stand by my assertion that Chace Crawford needs to not ever have facial hair–until he actually has a wrinkle or two on his face–because he’s just too fresh-faced. It looks like he’s been playing with costume facial hair.

Here is a row of some of my favorite gals on television at the moment, right below in a line of thumbnails–all of them looking flawless, in my view. Kirsten Bell and Hayden Panettiere are rocking the red lipstick and pefect skin, with Blake Lively and the deliciously slicing Becki Newton from “Hideous Betty.” Heatherette was there and Natasha Bedingfield looks like she was rocking some Amy Winehouse eyeliner in her gold trench-coat. I don’t know how I feel about the trench-coat just yet, but I’m pretty sure my grandmother’s “fancy” purse and shoes are made out of the exact same stuff.

Hayden Panettiere is dedicated to her pet cause, which is the Save the Whales Again! campaign. The young actress can be seen here, speaking at a press conference yesterday afternoon in front of a bunch of movers and shakers in the US government to lend her celebrity and youth to her cause. Is it wrong that I am totally distracted by how fantastic her hair looks? Oh well.

Senator John Kerry and Home of Representatives Natural Resources Committee Chair Nick Rahall joined her up at the podium during the press conference. Just look at those guys–they are mesmerized. I bet that if she wanted to, she could have them agreeing to join her at a press conference to shoot whales in the face.
