Dean McDermott and Tori Spelling with son Liam

Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott welcomed their second child together, daughter Stella Doreen McDermott, today in Los Angeles. They gave her the middle name of Doreen after Dean’s late mommy.

OK! Magazine reports that Tori’s daughter arrived at 3:13pm this day and weighed in at 6 lbs 8 oz.

A spokesperson for Tori said: “She’s here! She’s a healthy baby girl. Tori and baby are resting comfortably.“

The pair, whose Oxygen reality show Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood launches its third season on June 17, are already parents to son Liam, 1. Dean, 41, has a son, Jack, 9, from his first marriage.

In another story of failed Hollywood marriage, actor/actress couple Sean and Robin Wright Penn have filed for divorce.

The couple has been separated since November 30th, according to official court paperwork.  Initially, the Mystic River actor filed for divorce on December 7th, but the petition was later dismissed.

It was a busy weekend leading up to Christmas for soon-to-be parents Nicole Richie and Joel Madden.

The couple hosted a holiday party on Saturday at Paramount Studios for about 200 youngsters and their parents - all who have participated in Los Angeles County’s Beyond Shelter program, which helps financially strapped families find housing.

While most were out shopping, Jennifer Love Hewitt and fiance Ross McCall took time out of their Christmas schedule to help out at the Los Angeles Mission in downtown LA.

The mission, which expected to serve about 3,000 meals and give out more than 1,000 gifts to 600 children, helps homeless people living on the streets around Hope Street (known as Skid Row).
