Sienna Miller sure has a penchant for partying with guys who are with other women. The actress is a massive fan of the “we’re just friends” excuse, to explain late-night, touchy-feely nights out with her guy pals. Most recently, her behavior with Sean Penn before his split from his wife, Robin Wright Penn, is coming into question.

Sienna and Sean were reportedly enjoying a soiree together at hotel suite in New York, recalls a source, who claims the British actress was positioned on Sean’s lap. “She was dressed very sexily. She had her arm around his neck.” A friend of Sean’s, however, explains that Sienna is simply affectionate and she “drapes herself over people she likes.” OK, maybe I am just being old-school here, but Sienna does not need to be “draping herself” over other people’s husbands. She is not a throw blanket. Yet.

And the new supposed culprit in splitting up the Penn’s long marriage is Sienna Miller. Sienna was said to be all over Sean at a celebration in a New York hotel suite while Robin was home with the kids.   A tattletale source tells Rush & Molloy:

“Sienna was sitting on Sean’s lap,” according the source. “She was dressed very sexily. She had her arm around his neck.” That night, claims the source, they stayed up quite late.

Miller’s rep insists that suggestions that the actress, now dating Rhys Ifans, was ever more than friends with Penn are “outrageously untrue. Sienna is a very good friend of Robin.  She loves and respects Robin.”

The New York media seems to be all over the place trying to find the ’smoking gun’ in the Penn - Wright breakup.  Unless Robin Wright ‘pens’ a book someday we’ll never know.

Star magazine is claiming that the impending divorce between Sean Penn and wife, Robin Wright, is the result of Sean getting caught red-handed with in bed with two women on what was supposed to be a romantic weekend for the couple. They were both staying in two different suites shortly before Christmas in Lake Tahoe, CA at the Squaw Valley. A source revealed that the couple appeared to be spending their vacation separately and when Robin had finally had enough of staying in her own suite, she went over to Sean’s, where she “found him drunk with two Russian girls!” And that exclamation point is quoted, I did not add it for emphasis.

Reportedly, Sean was unaffected by his wife’s discovery and resumed his festivities with his two guests. Later, he responded to questions of Robin’s whereabouts with “Who cares?” Seriously, when is not this guy in a sour mood? Robin should have known that the fact that she’s neither an independent film, nor a third world country meant that he’d begin hating her eventually.

Though neither Sean Penn or soon-to-be ex-wife Robin Wright are currently dishing any details about their breakup, new stories are emerging of alleged infidelities on Sean’s  part, including one we previously covered here. This new story comes from Star Magazine via MSNBC, which reveals the sordid details of their last weekend together.

It started with a planned romantic getaway in Lake Tahoe, Calif. Sometime before the couple actually checked in to the Squaw Valley resort things must have gone sour for the twosome. When they arrived just days before Christmas, Sean requested separate rooms. Quoting the source:

“Sean didn’t spend much time with his wife — he booked her a separate suite — and when Robin got fed up with being alone, she went over to his suite,” an insider revealed. There, she “found him drunk with two Russian girls!”

Allegedly the actor continued to party the night away, while Robin was nowhere to be seen. “When asked where his wife was, he answered, ‘Who cares?’”

If true (it’s a rumor), what a great guy Sean is huh?  Hard to have credibility taking the moral high ground on political issues and then cheat on your wife of 11 years in front of her face?
