This is something that I definitely didn’t anticipate. When I heard Eva was in rehab, I told my fiance and then we spent 20 minutes speaking about all the things we think she might be addicted to and why. My guess is alcohol. I can’t state I have a legit reason on why I think she’s an alcoholic but I just could absolutely see her downing 4 ounce bottles of Popov in between takes. For as simple-going as she acts, I bet she’s wound tighter than tight and alcohol is her only release. Yep, that’s what I think happened.
TMZ has learned Eva Mendes is in Utah battling a substance abuse problem. We’re told the “Ghost Rider” star is at the famous Cirque Lodge, near Sundance. The Lodge, which treated Lindsay Lohan and other stars, is one of the most respected treatment facilities in the country. Eva has been at Cirque for several weeks.
Well, rehab isn’t really a bad place to be–it means you’ve admitted you’ve a problem and you are trying to superior yourself. I don’t see anything wrong with bettering yourself. And my fiance really likes Eva so he doesn’t want to see he involved in dram or bad press so.. we really hope she gets superior.*
