Madonna’s magical Kabbalah skin cream?

Madonna and her fabulous rejuvinated face attend, the “58th Berlinale Film Festival at the Grand Hyatt Hotel on February 13, 2008 in Berlin, Germany.   Sorry, as far as I know there’s no magical Kabbalah skin cream. But there’s been a picture here and there lately where Madonna’s been wearing the dark sunglasses to hide what appeared to be a black eye.   Could be just Botox though but she has definitely had some work done.   And I state good job.  Not a wrinkle to be seen.
